			<description>Very pleased to see this article on here. There are a lot of issues to consider, which can be quite complicated and emotional, which can have big impact on childs future. My big achievement this year was to have a custody agreement that I drew up, with some help, legalised in court. If you can, its much better to get a general agreement sorted between you first, and then iron out the details with the lawyers. If you are not agreed, its called &quot;contencioso&quot; and, I understand, this will be more painful and probably expensive. Plus the judge could decide things neither of you want.</description>
